Quotes and estimates

Every repair is priced individually based on the damage, vehicle, and panel access. Call Noah Hall for a custom quote. Photos support an initial assessment. The final quote and scope are confirmed in person before work begins. If the damage differs from the photos, any change is discussed before proceeding.

Suitability of paintless dent repair

Paintless dent repair is appropriate for dents where the paint remains intact and the panel can be accessed. It is not appropriate for cracked or missing paint, torn or heavily stretched metal, or previously filled or refinished panels. We will tell you when a repair is not suitable rather than attempt it.

Condition of existing paint and prior repairs

Factory paint in good condition tolerates the repair process. Paint that is already thin, chipped, lifting, sun-damaged, or that has been previously refinished or filled by someone else may behave unpredictably when the metal beneath it is moved. Where that risk exists it will be raised with you before work starts, and proceeding is your decision. We are not responsible for the failure of previous repairs or of paint that was already compromised.

Results

Paintless dent repair returns a panel to as close to its original shape as the metal allows. On most dents that is a repair you cannot find. On creases, sharp body lines and stretched metal the realistic outcome is a substantial improvement rather than a perfect panel, and that expectation will be set before work begins rather than after.

Workmanship

Our workmanship is guaranteed. If a repair we performed does not hold, contact us and it will be corrected. This does not cover new damage, damage from other causes, paint failure unrelated to our work, or repairs we advised against and carried out at your request.

Appointments, access and cancellation

Mobile service requires a safe, legal, reasonably level place to work with room to open doors fully and move around the vehicle. Appointments may be rescheduled for weather where working conditions would compromise the result. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel, so that the time can go to someone else.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, once you have inspected the repair. We accept card, cash and Zelle. Trade and wholesale accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.

Insurance work

On insurance claims, the contract for repair is between you and us. Your deductible and any amount your carrier declines to pay remain your responsibility. We will provide documentation and submit supplements, but we cannot control a carrier's decision.
