Why mobile

A dent is a small problem that traditional repair turns into a large inconvenience. Estimate appointment, drop off, rental car, wait for a slot, wait for paint to cure, pick up. For damage that never broke the paint in the first place, that is a lot of process for very little cause.

How the work gets judged

The only honest test of a dent repair is a straight line. A striped board is reflected across the panel and the reflection is read: if the line bends, the metal is not right yet. That is how the repair is done and how it gets checked before anyone calls it finished. It is also why the photos on this site are shot under that board rather than in flattering light.

The straight answer policy

Not every dent belongs to paintless repair. Cracked paint, stretched or torn metal, and panels with no way in behind them are body shop work, and pretending otherwise produces a bad result and an unhappy customer. When photos show one of those, you get told, along with what the realistic alternative is.
